Vincent Macri

Vincent Macri is a founding
and senior
partner of the law firm of McHugh & Macri, Esqs., which was
established in 1978, and is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA)
as well as an active member of the
National
Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Elder Law Section
of the New
Jersey Bar. He received his BA degree from
Seton Hall
University in 1970 and his JD degree from
Seton Hall
University Law School in 1973.
Since 1996, the focus of his
practice has been in Medicaid planning, asset preservation
and related real estate matters. As a member of the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America, he also handles
guardianships, conservatorships, divorce litigation, as well
as end of life and probate issues.
Vince has lectured
extensively for various professional associations, including
accountants and caregiver support groups. He has
also appeared on numerous radio programs as well as in
publications on elder law and disability law and
planning.

Healthcare, Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Jersey,
Showboat Casino-Hotel, The Bank of New York, Sandoz
(Novartis) Pharmaceutical, and Costco.
Mr. Macri is a member of the
National
Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Elder Law Section of
the New
Jersey Bar Association, the
Morris County Bar Association, and the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Macri is
admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, United
States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
